Nothing came easy for Joliet Technologies on Wednesday, as they fell 12-3 to Double J
Double J took an early lead in the first inning. Nick drove in two when he singled.
Double J took the lead for good with one run in the third inning.
Double J scored five runs in the sixth inning. The offensive firepower by Double J was led by Cochbuer, JD, Ken, and Matt2, all driving in runs in the inning.
John Gierich led things off in the pitcher’s circle for Joliet Technologies. He went six innings, allowing 12 runs on 21 hits and walking one.
Joliet Technologies racked up ten hits on the day. Cam Lewandiwski and Sean Stukel each had multiple hits for Joliet Technologies. Stukel and Lewandiwski each collected two hits to lead Joliet Technologies. Joliet Technologies didn’t commit a single error in the field. Dan Steinhouse had six chances in the field, the most on the team.
Double J collected 21 hits. Matt2, Nick, Jake, Porter, Jake2, Matt, Recter, and JD all had multiple hits for Double J.
