Joliet Technologies seized victory in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off single at the end of the game to topple Delta Sonic. The game was tied at 11 with Joliet Technologies batting in the bottom of the seventh when Justin Gierich singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Joliet Technologies collected 20 hits and Delta Sonic had 18 in the high-scoring affair.
