Gierich Strong at the Plate as Joliet Technologies Defeats SA Allstars (Wednesday, June 05 6:30PM) W 15-12

Ken Gierich came to ballpark and meant business on Wednesday, tallying five hits and leading Joliet Technologies to a 15-12 win over SA Allstars. Gierich singled in the first, singled in the first, singled in the third, singled in the fifth, and singled in the seventh.

Both pitching staffs had their hands full, frequently dealing with runners on base. Joliet Technologies collected 23 hits and SA Allstars had 20.

SA Allstars collected 20 hits. Brown, Tumo, Egan, Saks, Capelli, and Costa each collected multiple hits for SA Allstars.
